At Koshth, we aim to process and deliver your orders as quickly as possible.

Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing may take longer during sales, festive periods, or new launches.

Delivery Time

  • Domestic orders: 3–7 business days
  • International orders: 7–15 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, remote locations, or customs.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. We offer free shipping on eligible orders above 500/- INR, as shown on our website.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on select orders and locations. 

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details by email or SMS/WhatsApp.

Delays / Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information, customer unavailability, or courier issues.

International Orders
For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges applicable in their country.

Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at information@koshthh.com with your order number and photos of the package/item.
